This report will set out proposals for the Medway Council Strategy and will ask the Cabinet to recommend approval of the Strategy to Full Council on 10 October 2019, as a Policy Framework document.
This report will initially be considered by the Business Support Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 22 August 2019.
