Transport for the South East - Request to Government for Statutory Status
Summary
This report will seek Cabinet consent on behalf of Medway Council, in its role as a constituent authority, for Transport for the South East (TfSE) to request statutory status as a sub-national transport body (STB). In seeking Cabinet consent, this report will outline the final terms of the proposal to Government, which were agreed by the Shadow Partnership Board of TfSE in September 2019.
