This report will set out the proposed local safeguarding arrangements in response to the requirements of The Children and Social Work Act 2017 and Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018). This report will initially be considered by the Health and Wellbeing Board and the Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 19 February 2019 and 17 March 2019 respectively.
