Medway Local Plan Update Report

 

 

Summary

This report will provide an update on the Medway Local Plan and seek Cabinet approval to carry out consultation on a number of technical documents, including town centre masterplans for Strood, Chatham and Gillingham, and a Hoo Development Framework. It will be accompanied by an updated Local Development Scheme and Medway Statement of Community Involvement to respond to new legal requirements.

The report together with any other documents being considered (unless they contain exempt information) will be available for inspection 5 clear days before the decision is taken by the Cabinet.
