Medway Local Plan: Authority Monitoring Report

 

 

Summary

This report is submitted on annual basis to satisfy the requirements of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012. It provides a broad overview of development and key trends in Medway, including the delivery of housing. The Annual Monitoring Report summarises progress with the preparation of the new Local Plan, including activities undertaken to meet the duty to cooperate in the plan making process.

The report together with any other documents being considered (unless they contain exempt information) will be available for inspection 5 clear days before the decision is taken by the Cabinet.
