Summary
This report will provide details of the requirements to submit a Business Case to Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) to complete the final co-development stage of the bid for housing infrastructure funding. In order to complete the work required for the business case, officers will need funding to complete various surveys and appraisals to provide the information required to support the business case. Some of this work will be provided by external consultants.
Final approval of this addition to the Capital Programme will be a matter for Full Council on 19 July 2018.
