This report will set out details and propose a course of action in relation to a claim made against the Council. This report is not for publication under paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as the report contains information relating to an individual's claim. It is considered the need to keep information exempt outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
