Summary
This report will provide details of the Partnership Agreement between Medway Parents and Carers Forum (MPCF), Medway Council and NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group, which will enable partners to work together to achieve the empowerment of parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) so that there is effective parent / carer participation in decision making and the shaping of local services.
