Summary
This report will provide details of the draft Code of Corporate Governance for Cabinet’s consideration. The Code forms part of the Council’s Constitution.
The draft Code will initially be considered by the Audit Committee on 29 June 2017.
Final approval of the Code will be a matter for Full Council on 20 July 2017.
