Summary
This report will provide details of a proposed new Planning Enforcement Policy to replace the current Policy, which was agreed by Full Council in February 2007. The report will be considered, initially, by the Planning Committee.
Final approval of the Policy is a matter for Full Council. The comments of the Planning Committee and the Cabinet will be included in the report to Full Council.
