Shared Legal Service with Gravesham Borough Council - Designation of Gravesham's Monitoring Officer

Summary

This report will seek authority from the Cabinet to make an agreement with Gravesham Borough Council to place Medway Council’s Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at the disposal of Gravesham Borough Council.
