Summary
This report will provide details of a proposal for a 20% increase in planning fees applied from 1 July 2017, in line with the recently published Government white paper ‘Fixing our broken Housing Market’. The Cabinet will be asked to make a recommendation to Full Council to agree the increase in planning fees.
