Summary
This report will seek delegated authority for the Chief Legal Officer, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Resources, to take a new lease of a shop in Chatham in order to enable Public Health to continue providing its service, which assists clients in giving up smoking. The rental will be in excess of officers’ delegated authority, therefore, Cabinet approval is required.
