Summary
This report will set out a proposal for the Council to join the South East Sub-National Transport body, a strategic body consisting of a number of Local Authorities, Local Enterprise Partnerships, transport providers and agencies in the south east, in accordance with the provisions of the Cities and Local Government Devolution Act 2016.
