Outcome of Statutory Representation Period for the Prescribed Alterations at Bligh Infant and Junior Schools

Summary

A report on this matter will be submitted to Cabinet for consideration should there be any representations made during the statutory representation period in respect of the proposals to make prescribed alterations at Blight Infant and Junior Schools.

 

Note:

The Cabinet made the following decision on 9 February 2016:

 

The Cabinet agreed to delegate authority to the Director of Children and Adults Services, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Children's Services, to determine whether to approve the proposals at the end of the statutory consultation period if no objections are received. However, if any objections are received during that time then a report will be prepared and presented to Cabinet for determination (decision no. 24/2016).
