The financial governance for the Better Care Fund is covered by a Section 75 agreement which was agreed through Cabinet on 15 January 2015. This report will ask Cabinet to agree the joint funding agreement between the Council and the Medway Clinical Commissioning Group as part of the Better Care Fund.
