Lower Thames Crossing Consultation

Summary

The report will outline Highways England’s proposals for a new road crossing across the Thames connecting Kent and Essex. The proposals are currently subject to public consultation stage and Members will be asked to agree a response, before the closing date on the 24 March 2016.
