This report presented a draft version of the revised community plan and the timetable for its approval by the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) and the Council. The Council was required to produce a community plan and would consult the local community and partners on the plan through the LSP. The purpose of the plan was to promote or improve the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of the local area.
