Summary
This report will seek approval to the Highways Asset Management Plan (HAMP) and associated policy document will enable the Council to secure funding from the Department for Transport for highways maintenance in future years.The policy links the operational service delivery to the Council’s objectives and the plan demonstrates how the various highway assets are managed and maintained.
