Following consideration by the Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 22 September 2015, this report will provide details of a refresh of the Youth Justice Plan. Cabinet will be asked to consider and recommend the Youth Justice Plan to Council for agreement as part of the Council’s Policy Framework.
