Summary

The Philip William Farrow Trust was established to provide relief for elderly persons resident at Nelson Court, Shaws Wood and Robert Bean Lodge. The Council is a Trustee of the Trust and this report will seek permission for officers to proceed with formal discussions as to the appointment of alternative Trustees.
