Summary
This report will consider options for changing the way the Council charges for care and support services. Three main areas have been subject to consultation:
1. Charging for the Deferred Payments Scheme.
2. Charging for chargeable services from the date that the support or care starts.
3. Charges for people who can afford to pay for their own care at home.
This report will consider the findings from the consultation process.
