Summary

This report will seek approval commence the procurement of a series of contractors, and consultant design teams as required, to deliver 4 projects within the Local Growth Fund Programme:  A289 Four Elms Roundabout to Medway Tunnel improvements, Strood Town Centre journey time improvements, Medway City Estate connectivity improvements and the Medway Cycling Action Plan.
