South Thames Gateway Building Control Business Plan

Summary

This report will seek agreement to the revised South Thames Gateway Building Control Partnership's Business Plan, whichoutlines how the building control function would be delivered for the three partnership Councils. The draft business plan had been initially considered by this Committee on 2 October 2014 at which point the plan had been circulated for comments to the three partner authorities.

The Partnership's constitution requires that the Joint Committee approve and send a revised draft of the business plan for the following year to each partner authority for comments no later than 5 January each year.

The report together with any other documents being considered (unless they contain exempt information) will be available for inspection 5 clear days before the decision is taken by the Joint Committee.
