Outcome of Statutory Representation Period on the Expansion of Danecourt Community Special School

Summary

This report will consider representations received during the statutory period of consultation regarding the expansion proposals at Danecourt Community Special School. This follows the report to Cabineton 15 July 2014, when the responses to the informal consultation process, together with the comments of the Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee, were noted and the Director of Children and Adults Services was instructed to commence the period of statutory representation.
