Summary

The Cabinet will be asked to consider a further report on the issue of the Developer Contributions Guide following Cabinet’s decision on 15 July 2014 to agree the Guide subject to subject to paragraph 4.1 (page 19 of the guide) being amended to read: “The Council’s target is up to 25% of homes to be affordable homes on any site meeting the Council’s size thresholds.
