Summary

Approval for £500,000 of project capital funding was given in April. Following the tender process for the main contract, Cabinet is now asked to recommend approval of the remaining £1.4m capital funding in order for the project to proceed, noting that this addition to the capital programme will be a matter for decision by Full Council.
