Summary

The Cabinet on 8 April 2014 instructed Officers to proceed with discussions for the re-provision of the Napier Unit and Enhanced Care Unit onto one site through the invitation to negotiate procedure without a procurement exercise (Option 2 of the report). This report will seek final approval to proceed with this award.
