The report will outline the proposals to expand and relocate Rivermead Special School, and will request approval of the proposals together with authority from Cabinet to proceed with the necessary Statutory processes, which are: 1) Increase in the number of pupil 2) Alteration of upper and lower age limits, and 3) Transfer to a new site.
