Summary
This report will seek agreement for officers to undertaken consultation on the Guide to Developer Contributions. The Guide to Developer Contributions is a Supplementary Planning Document, which sets out the levels of Section 106 contributions Medway Council requires for developments of 10 dwellings or more. The Guide was originally adopted in April 2008 and updated in November 2012.
