Summary
This report will seekcomments on the Local Flood Risk Management Strategy and approval that the draft strategy proceeds to formal public consultation. The report will also seek approval that the Scheme of Delegation be amended to assign the execution of the new duties for flood risk management to the Director of Regeneration, Community and Culture to enable the execution of day to day activities.
