With regards to Kingfisher Primary School, the lease is due to expire in January 2014 and this report will seek authority for the Assistant Director Legal and Corporate Services, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance, to take this matter forward. With regards to the former Chatham South School site, this report will seek authority to deal with some property matters in relation to the site.

On this occasion it has not been possible to provide this 28 clear days’ notice, therefore, section 10 (General Exception) of the above regulations have been complied with.
