Summary
The Director of Public Health and their various responsibilities transfer from the NHS to Medway Council, in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2012, with effect from 1 April 2013.
This report will set out a number of issues which need to be agreed to ensure the smooth transfer of these functions.
