Summary

The report outlines the expected demand for primary school places in Gillingham, and highlights the steps already being taken as well as those required in the future to provide sufficient school places ensuring the council complies with its statutory duty. It will request that Cabinet approves in advance the statutory processes necessary for the expansions of the schools nominated
