Pitch and lights could cost a monthly/weekly fee from clubs with someone who’s job could be to maintain and turn on the lights. There are many recreational grounds without pitches and places to play or even train football at all levels.
Having a suitable place would allow communities to place together and reduce the numbers of gang related violence, and the number of youth that roam the streets looking for something to entertain them. I believe this could be a massive step towards a better Medway and something that would benefit the whole community.
