Following the reinstatement of many council services, the residents of Medway need better access to the waste disposal and recycling facilities that we have paid for.
The alternative provisions are insufficient for the whole of Medway, and the residents of Halling, Cuxton and Strood would be far better served by this measure.
Particularly, following the recent reinvestment in this site, keeping it closed is unnecessarily inconveniencing residents, encouraging fly-tipping and not providing value for money.
Please reopen Cuxton Waste and Recycling Centre with immediate
effect.
