Refuse bags are commonly destroyed by wildlife and weather
conditions which leaves rubbish and debris scattered and causes
dangers to traffic and wildlife.
In addition to this, bins are more efficient for households to
contain waste and reduce the amount of bags used. Households should
at least be able to purchase bins from Medway Council in the same
way we can currently purchase brown 'Garden waste' bins.
Most councils do provide this, Medway should as well.
