27/2010 The Cabinet recommended the Council
Plan 2010/2013 to Full Council for approval.
28/2010 The Cabinet recommended to Council that the Assistant
Director of Communications, Performance and Partnerships is
delegated authority, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Customer First and Corporate Services, to make minor changes to the
Plan prior to publication (if necessary) to reflect the final
budget as agreed by Council on 25 February 2010.
