101/2009 The Cabinet noted the revenue and
capital outturns as reported in sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the
report and approved the actions taken in producing the Statement of
Accounts as set out in these sections.
102/2009 The Cabinet recommended to the Audit Committee that it
approves the draft Statement of accounts for 2008/2009.
