111/2008 The Cabinet recommended to Council to
accept the sum as detailed in the exempt appendix to the report
from the Rochester Bridge Trust and agree to the purchase of the
Tunnel as detailed in the exempt appendix to the report and its
addition to the capital programme.
112/2008 The Cabinet agreed that the financial allocation from the
Rochester Bridge Trust be ringfenced for funding works associated
with the Tunnel and its operation, and will be drawn down and
agreed by the Director of Regeneration, Community and Culture, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Front Line
Services.
