for older people be exempt from the procurement process under
contract rule 12.1.
96/2008 The Cabinet agreed that the Assistant Director of Housing
and Corporate Services, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder
for Adult Services, be authorised to award to the current providers
set out in the report.
