46/2007 The Cabinet recommended to Council the
formal submission of the Saved Policies to the Government Office,
on behalf of the Secretary of State, in accordance with paragraphs
5.3 - 5.5 and 5.15 - 5.16 of Planning Policy Statement 12: Local
Development Frameworks (PPS12).
