· Spend and commitments on the approved programme since 1
April 2006 to date amounted to approximately £28
million;
· Forecast spend during 2006/2007 as a whole amounted to
£98 million and;
· The virement approved as detailed in section 7 of the
report.
161/2006 The Cabinet recommended the proposed additions to the
capital programme, described in section 6 to Council on 20 July
2006 for approval.
