The Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014 introduced provisions regarding the publication of decisions taken by officers in connection with the discharge of functions, which are the responsibility of the Council, its Committees, Sub Committees or Joint Committees in which Medway participates.
Routine administrative and organisational decisions; decisions on operational matters, such as day to day variations in services; decisions if the whole or part of the record contains confidential or exempt information and decisions that are already required to be published by other legislation are all excluded from this requirement.
