to applications for assistance with home to school transport.

It was noted that case numbers ST706 and ST716, which had been included in the agenda papers, would now be considered at a future meeting of the Committee.
The Committee considered 5 appeals in respect of the provision of home to
school transport.
Decision:
(a) That case number ST715, as set out in the exempt annex to the agenda,
was deferred for a route assessment to be undertaken.
(b) That case number ST722, as set out in the exempt annex to the agenda,
was not upheld.
(c) That case number ST720, as set out in the exempt annex to the agenda,
was not upheld.
(d) That case number ST707, as set out in the exempt annex to the agenda,
was not upheld.
(e) That case number ST718, as set out in the exempt annex to the agenda,
was not upheld.
