The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements)
(Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012
introduced provisions regarding the publication
of decisions taken by officers in connection with the
discharge of functions which are the responsibility of the Leader
and Cabinet. The DCLG has advised that day-to-day administrative or
operational decisions are excluded from this requirement. A record
of decisions taken by officers under
authority delegated by the Cabinet in relation to
particular items of Cabinet business is set out above.
