Strood Rural Ward

Outline application with some matters reserved (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for construction of up to 100 residential dwellings including affordable housing with provision of vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access from Higham Road, public open spaces, sustainable urban drainage systems, landscaping, infrastructure and earthworks.

Gillingham South Ward

Change of use from Class C3 to Class C4 as a small HMO for up to 6 occupants, with minor internal alterations cycle store to rear and bin stores to front.

Watling Ward

Change of use from a dwellinghouse (Class C3) to a Class (C4) six-bedroom house in multiple occupation, and the construction of an L shaped dormer.

Change of use from dwellinghouse (Class C3) to 5-bedroom HMO (Class C4) with alterations to boundary wall and front elevation roof light.
