The Panel is requested to elect a Chairperson for the hearing in line with rules agreed by the Licensing and Safety Committee.

To consider a new Premises Licence application for B&M 132-142 High Street, Gillingham following the submission of representations, received during the consultation period.

Decision:

The premises licence application was withdrawn by the applicant prior to the hearing.

To consider a new Premises Licence application for The Monarch Local, 18 Arden Street, Gillingham following the submission of representations, received during the consultation period.

Decision:

The Chairperson explained that in the public interest, as the License Holder was unavailable, the Panel unanimously decided to adjourn the consideration of the new premises licence application for The Monarch Local, 18 Arden Street, Gillingham ME7 1HG until 22 November 2024.
