Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new Premises Licence at Tobis Foods Ltd, 23 Railway Street, Chatham, Kent ME4 4HU This meeting commenced on 15 October 2024 and was adjourned to 31 October 2024. On 15 October 2024, the Chairperson explained that in the public interest, as the License Holder was not able to attend due to ill health of a family member, the Panel decided to adjourn the hearing until Thursday 31 October 2024 at 9.30am.

On 31 October 2024 the Chairperson explained that in the public interest, as the License Holder wished to appoint a legal representative, the Panel unanimously decided to adjourn the consideration of the new Premises Licence application for Tobis Foods Ltd, 23 Railway Street, Chatham, Kent ME4 4HU until 10 December 2024. |
