Cumulative Impact Assessment - Medway This report provides an overview of the current Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) in Medway, including its purpose, operation, and relevance within the licensing framework. The report seeks approval from Members to undertake a consultation on the future of the current CIA, reviewing cumulative impact more broadly and consider how it is best reflected and integrated within the Council’s Statement of Licensing Policy.
